Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of https://www.softsolutionpoint.in and the services provided by Soft Solution Point (Soft Solution India Pvt. Ltd.). By using this website or engaging our services you agree to them.

Quotations and payments

All projects are quoted in writing with a fixed scope, price and timeline. Work begins after the advance payment specified in the quotation. Remaining payments are due at the milestones stated. Prices exclude GST unless stated otherwise. Domain, hosting, third-party licences and advertising budgets are billed separately at cost.

Project delivery

Timelines depend on timely receipt of content, approvals and payments from the client. Two rounds of revisions are included at each design stage unless the quotation states otherwise. Change requests outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.

Ownership

On receipt of full payment the client owns the website, application source code, designs and accounts created for the project. Soft Solution Point retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Hosting, domains and renewals

Hosting and domain services are provided on an annual basis and must be renewed before expiry. We are not responsible for downtime or data loss caused by non-renewal, client-side changes or third-party providers.

Digital marketing

Search engine rankings and advertising results depend on factors outside our control. We follow search engine guidelines and provide transparent monthly reports but do not guarantee specific positions or sales figures.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
